The Hard Truth
Why A-Game Coaching Matters to Your Student Athlete
High school and college years are critical times were young adults begin to hard wire strategies of how they perform, how they regulate emotions, how they handle stress, and how they communicate that they will use the rest of their life.
The single most important skill for today’s developing student athlete is the right mindset. The aftermath of our recent pandemic has left our students in a critical place. Research shows that students’ mental health is at an all-time low.
NCAA athletes report being intractably overwhelmed
Say anxiety and depression is a major problem among their peers
Feel high levels of stress and anxiety on a regular basis
Don’t Let Your Student Athlete Become A Statistic
A-Game is the solution to having a resilient, optimistic, and confident student athlete.
The time is now to Maximize their potential and protect their future.

This program is for parents:
1. Who believe their kids have not yet hit their potential physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
2. Who understand coaching is an investment that pays tenfold in dividends later in their daughter/son’s lifetime success.
3. This program is for those who understand that the best results occur when kids have a personalized 1-to-1 mentor in their corner.
This program is NOT for you if:
1. This is not for someone who is satisfied with where your child is at currently.
2. This is not for someone who doesn’t believe in spending time or money to develop their athlete.
3. This is not for someone who believes your child’s school coaches are doing everything your child needs for them to be there best.
*Steven is committed that everyone have access to A-Game principles and coaching – no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
2022 Combine Training

Steven was recently hired to mentally prepare 20 NFL prospect for the most important interview off their athletic carrier the 2022 NFL combine.
Over an 8-week period Stevens coaching consisted of how to:
- Communicate effectively in the interview process with team owners and head coaches
- Have an optimistic mindset, be mindful, self-compassionate
- Regulate one’s mental and emotional state
- Perform at one’s A-GAME when it matters most
The combine results were 5 first round picks and multiple 2-5 round picks. Most importantly every athlete was fullly prepared for the intense menatal and physical rigors of the combine.
